By promoting a positive mindset, alternative methods of healing, self-growth, and self-love, the power of women empowering women becomes a therapy in itself.
It can be incredibly scary to attend an event alone, but you are never alone for long, as women supporting women is at the core of our events. Therefore, a warm welcome is the least you can expect to receive.

Meet the team
Gypsy
Meet Gypsy, an inspiring soul who walks the path of healing and self-discovery, and encourages others in their pursuit of well-being and self-acceptance. The founder of the Suffolk Circle, her journey began with a personal battle against mental and physical health challenges. Through her own experiences, she discovered the incredible benefits of cold water therapy and the healing power of connecting with like-minded women.
Fueled by her discoveries, Gypsy embraced a holistic approach to healing, becoming a skilled Reiki practitioner and sound healing therapist to creating an online community for hundreds of women to come together and heal without judgement.
Gypsy’s dream is to establish a haven where women can freely access holistic therapies, receive advice, and find the support and sisterhood we all need.
Emmie

With her profound knowledge and expertise in guiding practices and rituals following the moon cycles, Emmie plays a vital role in our collective journey towards spiritual growth and connection.
Her ability to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone involved allows us to embark on our spiritual endeavours with a sense of trust and comfort. Through her guidance, we will explore the transformative power of lunar rituals, harnessing the energy of each phase to manifest intentions, release what no longer serves us, and cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
In addition to her expertise, Emmie’s presence is marked by an infectious sense of fun, consideration, and kindness. She brings lightness and joy to our practices, ensuring that our spiritual journey is not only meaningful but also enjoyable. Her ability to foster a sense of community and unity within our group is truly invaluable.
Emma
Meet Emma, our exceptional Engagement Officer and the heart of our team. At 46 years young, Emma’s journey has been one of resilience, overcoming various challenges that life has thrown her way. As a devoted mother of two and a dedicated NHS worker, she has always risen above adversities with unwavering determination. Emma’s struggles with weight, mental health, and physical well-being have only strengthened her resolve to live life to the fullest.
Five years ago, Emma underwent life-saving surgery, receiving a permanent stoma. This pivotal moment sparked a transformative change in her life. Turning to physical exercise as a source of empowerment and healing, she embraced running and eventually conquered long-distance races, triathlons, and open water swimming. Her journey into the world of endurance sports has become an inspiration to others, proving that with dedication and grit, one can achieve remarkable feats.
Her genuine passion for fostering meaningful connections and caring for others shines through in every interaction. Emma’s unique experiences and empathetic nature enable her to understand and connect deeply with those she encounters, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
Lucy
From the very beginning of this incredible journey, Lucy has been an integral part of our circle, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.
Lucy brings a wonderful combination of qualities that enhance our team. Her sense of humor and wisdom add a delightful touch to every interaction, while her creative thinking and fresh ideas contribute to our group’s growth.
